Homegrown Microgreen Salad with Pear & Blue Cheese

You’ll need:

· 120 g Spicy Crest & Radish Microgreens
· 2 x Tins Pear Halves in Syrup (2 x 410 g)
· 125 ml Pecan Nuts, chopped
· 125 ml Dried Cranberries
· 80 g Blue Cheese, Crumble



1. Drain Pear halves and cut them into smaller pieces.
2. In a large salad bowl spread out all the Microgreens evenly. Follow with the rest of the ingredients in the following order: Pears, Blue Cheese, Chopped Pecan nuts, and top it off with dried cranberries


Serve as a side with your next braai!
